All golf carts for sale are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment methods accepted include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Zelle, PayPal, and bank transfer. Full payment is required before shipment unless financing has been approved.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We deliver new golf carts and used golf carts to Florida, Texas, California, and all 50 states.

5. Returns and Warranty

Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Warranty information for certified used carts and new carts is available on our Warranty Page.

All certified used carts include a 12-month limited warranty. New carts include the manufacturer's factory warranty.

6. Financing

Financing is provided through third-party lenders. Approval is subject to credit check and lender approval. Terms and rates vary based on creditworthiness. Golf Cart Brands is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Golf Cart Brands or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
