Certified Used Golf Cart Warranty

All certified used golf carts purchased from Golf Cart Brands include a 12-month limited warranty. This warranty covers the following components:

• Electric Carts: Battery pack (prorated after 6 months), electric motor, and controller
• Gas Carts: Engine block, transmission, and drive components
• Both Types: Frame, suspension components, and steering system

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including tires, brake pads, belts, filters, light bulbs, and cosmetic items such as paint, seats, and trim. Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or lack of proper maintenance is also excluded.

New Golf Cart Factory Warranty

New golf carts include the manufacturer's factory warranty. Coverage varies by brand:

• Club Car: 2-year limited warranty on all new carts, 4-year warranty on lithium batteries
• EZGO: 2-year limited warranty on all new carts, 3-year warranty on lithium batteries
• Yamaha: 2-year limited warranty on all new carts, 3-year warranty on lithium batteries
• ICON: 2-year limited warranty on all new carts, 3-year warranty on lithium batteries

For warranty claims on new carts, contact our team and we will facilitate the claim with the manufacturer. You may also visit any authorized dealer for service.

Extended Warranty Options

Protect your investment with an extended warranty. Coverage is available for both new and used carts. Extended warranty plans include:

• 24-Month Extension: Adds 2 years of coverage after the standard warranty
• 36-Month Extension: Adds 3 years of coverage after the standard warranty
• Powertrain Plus: Covers engine, transmission, and electrical components
• Bumper-to-Bumper: Comprehensive coverage including parts and labor

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order number and cart serial number
• Describe the issue and provide photos or video if possible
• We will review your claim and provide next steps
• If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement parts

Most warranty claims are processed within 3-5 business days.

Warranty Transferability

Our certified used cart warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Factory warranties on new carts may be transferable to subsequent owners. Please check with the manufacturer for specific transfer terms.
