30-Day Return Policy

At Golf Cart Brands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your golf cart, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Return Conditions

  • The golf cart must be in unused, original condition
  • All original accessories and documentation must be included
  • The cart must have less than 10 hours of operation
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your cart. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the cart in its current condition. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping quote.

12-Month Warranty on Certified Pre-Owned Carts

All certified used golf carts come with a 12-month limited warranty covering:

  • Electric Carts: Battery pack, motor, and controller
  • Gas Carts: Engine, transmission, and drive components
  • Both Types: Frame and suspension components

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or accidents, unauthorized modifications, tires, batteries (after 12 months), or routine maintenance items such as brake pads, belts, and filters.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue covered by warranty, contact our service team with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will review your claim and arrange for repair or replacement as needed.

New Golf Cart Warranty

New golf carts include the manufacturer's factory warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand:

  • Club Car: 2-year limited warranty on new carts
  • EZGO: 2-year limited warranty on new carts
  • Yamaha: 2-year limited warranty on new carts
  • ICON: 2-year limited warranty on new carts

For warranty claims on new carts, please contact our team and we will facilitate the claim with the manufacturer.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned cart, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For financed purchases, refunds will be applied to the loan balance.

Damaged or Defective Carts

If your cart arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage and keep all original packaging materials for inspection.
